Essential advertiser settings

Creating an advertiser
First thing you need to do is to add your advertiser into our system via Traffic Distribution → Advertisers.
Here, assign required goals and select the corresponding advertiser provider.

Working with sale statuses
In order to stay updated on a lead’s status, you need to create sale statuses in our system (CRM sale statuses).

Then, you need to connect your CRM sale statuses with the advertiser’s sale statuses.

Setting-up country traffic limits
If you need to update traffic capacity for specific countries daily, you can easily specify the required number of leads for today and tomorrow through the Traffic Distribution → Capacity Management tab.
First, add required advertisers manually or automatically transfer them from Rotation Control and then specify the number of leads an advertiser requires by each country for today and tomorrow.
Configuring traffic distribution rules
In order to send traffic to a particular advertiser, you need to create rules that filter out unnecessary leads allowing only required ones to pass. You can do it via Traffic Distribution → Rotation Control.
To only allow fitting traffic, set up passing rules. You can choose among various options such as countries, days of the week, affiliates, etc:

Generating an invoice
When it is time to provide your advertisers with an invoice based on the traffic performance, you can also generate it in our system via Finance & Tools → Invoices.
First, create a company that issues an invoice and the one the invoice is issued to via the “Companies” button. Then create an invoice itself. Once the document has been created, you can download it in PDF and send it to the respective recipient.
