Sale Status Validity Guide
Since 09.01.2025 an LD update has brought a new feature called “Sale Status Validity” (Enhanced CRM sale statuses). It made it possible to assign a logical value “valid” or “invalid” to CRM Sale Statuses.
In order to do that, please open the “CRM Sale Statuses” section in the CRM and click the “edit” button on the existing record or create a new one:
In the opened modal window select the desired value of the “Sale Status Validity” field. Do not forget to click the “Submit” button to finalize the changes.
After the validity for CRM sale statuses is set, you can group them and analyze traffic data more efficiently. For that, please navigate to the “Drilldown Reports” section of the CRM.
There, select grouping by “Sale Status Validity” as shown in the screenshot below. Click the “Generate” button and the system will automatically count different sale statuses based on their predefined validity.
This feature provides a quick high-level overview of sale statuses and helps to make examination easier.
You can apply the "Sale Status Validy" to any formula when setting up the "CRM Terms" section.
For example, "Sale Status Validity" can be added when calculating the CRG Payout and the CRG Revenue:
Also, it is worth mentioning that “Sale Status Validity” can be used in the “Deals Updater ” section of the CRM. There, you can filter deals by valid or invalid sale status as shown in the screenshot below:
