Enhanced CRM sale statuses
You can now group CRM sale statuses by valid or invalid and analyze traffic data more efficiently.
You can assign a required group to a newly-created status or an existing one. To do that, go to Settings Navigation → CRM Sale Statuses and create or edit an existing one. In the appeared window, select the necessary group in the “Sale Status Validity“ field:
Then, you can study statistics by valid or invalid CRM sale statuses via Drilldown reports:

Optimized notifications and scheduled reports
Updates can now be sent to any Telegram user or chat, even outside Lead Distribution users.
Let us demonstrate how to set it up:
In notifications
Go to Settings Navigation → Notifications → Provider. Here, when creating a new provider or editing an existing one, select the “IREV Telegram Bot for Non-CRM Users“ option for the “Provider“ field.
Then, in the “Telegram IDs“ field below, enter Telegram ID(s) of user(s) or chat(s) where you want to send notifications.
In scheduled reports
Go to Reports → Scheduled Reports. Here, when creating a new scheduled report or editing an existing one, select the “Non-CRM Users“ option for the “Recipients“ field.
Then, in the “Telegram IDs“ field below, enter Telegram ID(s) of user(s) or chat(s) where you want to send notifications.
Note: Filter data carefully and precisely to avoid sharing sensitive information with unintended users outside Lead Distribution.
How to find your ID
Open Telegram and find @irev_com_bot.
Enter the /whoami command.
Your IREV ID will be included in the bot's reply.
Added the sale status filter to Deals Updater
It allows you to filter deals for updating by valid or invalid CRM sale statuses.
