How to give user permissions in Control if a group was not created

In this article, we are going to look into the process of giving users permissions in Control if the required group wasn't created

Step 1. Open the Control CRM dashboard and go to “User Management”

The “User Management” section contains the following tabs:

  • “Users” with the option to create a new user

  • “Groups” where you can create a new user group

Step 2. Setup user access

1) Go to the “Groups” tab and click “Create Group”

2) Do the following:

  • Fill in the “Name” and “Description” fields and click “Save Changes”

  • Assign permissions for the created group manually or copy an existing group and click “Next Step” once you’re done

  • Add a user from the dropdown menu in the “3. Attach Users” section - click “Save Changes” and “Finish” once you’re done
