How to give user permissions in Control if a user was not created

In this article, we will look into the process of giving user permissions in Control and the user in question was not created

Step 1. Open the Control CRM dashboard and go to “User Management”

The “User Management” section contains the following tabs:

  • “Users” with the option to create a new user

  • “Groups” where you can create a new user group

Step 2. Setup user access

1) Go to the “Users” tab - click “Create User”

2) Fill in the following data:

  • First/Last Name, email

  • Set the user group from the dropdown menu

  • Enable/Disable IP whitelisting

  • Select the 2FA method or disable 2FA

  • Set the password

  • Select the CRM that the user will have access to in the “Application” field

  • Choose to send or not to send an invitation and click “Submit”
