How to create a payout formula?

In this article you will learn how to create a formula for payout to be calculated via Affiliate Payouts rules.

Let us describe the procedure step by step.

1. Go to Settings Navigation → Payout Formulas.

2. Click + next to the page title.

3. In the appeared window, enter a formula name as well as the formula itself. Mind that you can use the placeholder once clicking "Show Placeholders".

Important: Placeholders must be separated by an allowed sign: %+-*/()

4. Go to Lead Conversions → Affiliate Payouts and add the formula to a required existing rule or a new one as follows:

• Choose Formula for the "Payout Type" field.

• Select a formula you need in the "Payout Formula" field.

When you save it, for convenience, you can see the formula name in the "Settings" column.

Once a corresponding rule from Advertisers Revenue is triggered, the payout amount for the rule described will be calculated according to the formula specified.
