Referrals

Edited

This table shows all affiliates who take part in the affiliate’s referral program.

How to read the table?

The Description column shows whether the referred user was invited via a link, or added manually by a CRM manager.

The scope of actions to which the referral program is applied is indicated in the Passing Rule column. It’s very flexible and can include various entities, but it mainly consists of conversion attributes: payout amount, country, device information, and so on.

The Payload column shows two things: who is the referred affiliate and how exactly the referral reward is calculated.

The referral affiliate is shown after the Affiliate tag. In the screenshot above, the referred affiliates are affiliates #400 and # 406.

To describe how the referral reward is calculated, several tags are used:

  • Model one of several custom formulas for referral reward. It can be configured in Settings Navigation>Referral Business Models.

  • Referral Payout – a variable that can be included in the model’s formula. It can be used to indicate the total referral reward, the share of an affiliate's payout, or any coefficient.

  • Program Type – Shows who pays for the referral reward:

    • Referral Bonus – the CRM owners provide from their budget both the referral reward to the referrer and the full payout to the referred user.

    • Referral Correction – the CRM owners provide only the payout to the referred user. The referral reward is deducted from that payout.
