How to block an affiliate?

You can restrict an affiliate's access to the Affiliate Area by changing his status. You can either do it manually or by automatically pausing all affiliates who were inactive for a certain period.

To manually block an affiliate,follow this steps:

1. Go to the affiliate’s page and click Edit Affiliate.

2. Select any option you like in the Status field:

Active: The affiliate can sign in and access features in the Affiliate Area.

Pending: The affiliate is waiting for approval to sign in to the Affiliate Area.

Paused: The affiliate's account will be paused due to inactivity, the affiliate can't sign in to the Affiliate Area.

Blocked: The affiliate's account is deactivated, the affiliate can't sign in to the Affiliate Area.

Note

For all suspending statuses, affiliates' clicks can still be generated, but new conversions don't' get registered.

To automatically block all inactive affiliates, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings Navigation>CRM Settings>Affiliate Pause Threshold.

2. Select the period of inactivity after which an affiliate gets the Paused status.

The inactivity period starts from the last time an affiliate visited his cabinet. This information is recorded in the Last Seen column of the Affiliate table.
