Can affiliates create or edit invoices?
Yes, they can do both. But to be able to create invoices, an affiliate must have at least one earning list with “Applied“ status. Also, they can edit only the invoices with “Draft” status.
The fields that affiliates can’t edit are:
Affiliate
Affiliate Group
Total Paid
Status
How to tell if an invoice was edited by an affiliate?
Check the Status Changed By field, it will show the last user or affiliate who made changes. The Status Change History field keeps a record of all users and affiliates who made changes. Click the eye icon to view the list. Besides, when an affiliate creates an invoice, it gets the “draft” status.
