Auto Injector Set Up Guide
Step 1. Accessing the Auto-Injector Section
Navigate to Injections -> Auto-Injector section.
Press the Plus button to initiate a new Injection.
Step 2. Defining the Injection
Assign it a Name and Description.
Select Filters:
State filter is mandatory.
Step 3. Setting the Time Range
Date From -> Date To: Define the range of dates.
Hours From -> Hours To: Determine specific hours within the date range.
Day of Week: Specify which days within the range.
Step 4. Configuring Injection Settings
Interval Min-Max: Define the interval in which leads will be injected.
Retries: Set the number of re-push attempts.
Max Retry Interval: Determine when to drop a lead if the re-push wasn't successful.
Final State: Set the state a lead should achieve to be excluded from the Auto Injector.
Step 5. Additional Settings
Decide whether to enable Auto-Login.
You can introduce additional override fields like Affiliate, Offer, etc.
Step 6. Completing the Setup
Press Submit.
Note: Now, every lead that matches the criteria and time-range you've set up will be automatically re-pushed until they reach the FTD state or hit the deadline specified in the Max Retry Interval setting.
